Grand Canyon West operates on a general admission model with a shuttle that connects the viewpoints: Eagle Point, where the Skywalk is, plus Guano Point and Hualapai Ranch. Skywalk access is added to that admission.

You cannot walk out onto the Skywalk with personal cameras or phones. Items are stored before you step on, and the operator's photographers take pictures you can buy afterwards. You will also be given shoe covers to protect the glass. Expect a walk of a few minutes rather than a lengthy stay; the horseshoe is not large.
